Life and Wellness Coaching

Life and Wellness Coaches help their clients identify a vision for their wellness, become aware, clear, and aligned with why they really want to reach their personal wellness goals, and then help them get there. 


Sounds great! But how does it work? 

Coaching focuses on change and the actions we take to get there. Each coach brings their own unique style to the program and utilizes the same framework of helping you to develop and achieve your "SMART" goals. These goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. If you're motivated to make some changes, willing to be introspective, try new things, and be challenged then this program can provide you with the support you need to meet your goals. 


Important to know!

Our Life and Wellness Coaching program is not a crisis support and is not a substitute for mental health care from a licensed mental health professional.  Our coaches are not medical practitioners. 

Our program is private and confidential. 


How do I get started?

The first step to get started is to click the "Sign up now" button below. This will take you to our intake forms. Once you've completed and submitted these forms, you'll receive a welcome email informing you of the next steps.
